The Executive Board of “Polish Energy Partners” Spółka Akcyjna (joint-stock company) headquartered in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) hereby publishes a list of shareholders holding at least 5% of all votes at the Company’s General Meeting of Shareholders held on 4 July 2005, specifying the number of votes held by each shareholder.
