The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (‘Issuer’), acting pursuant to § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757), hereby announces that on 7th January 2019 the Management Board of the Issuer received from Mr. Michał Kawa a resignation from his position of a member of the Supervisory Board of the Issuer. His resignation was effective on 7th January 2019.
