The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (the “Issuer”) declares that in line with the Information of the President of Energy Regulatory Office No. 95/2019 of 18 December 2019 on announcement of results of Ordinary Auction No. AZ/6/2019 (the “Auction”) published on 19 December 2019:
1. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 Sp. z o.o.
the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 sp. z o.o., performing the project of Dębsk wind farm with the total target capacity of 121 MW – won the Auction.
Thus, the project received the right to cover the negative balance in reference to the price offered during the Auction for electric energy scheduled for generation for a period of 15 years, in line with the provisions of the Act on Renewable Energy Sources of 20 February 2015 (the “Act”).
The total planned volume of sale of electric energy as part of the Auction via the above-mentioned project for a period of 15 years amounts to 3,742,022 MWh, which is approx. 70% of the volume of estimated project production in this period.
2. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 3 Sp. z o.o.
the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Szymankowo sp. z o.o., performing the project of Szymankowo wind farm with the target total capacity of 38 MW – won the Auction.
Thus, the project received the right to cover the negative balance in reference to the price offered during the Auction for electric energy scheduled for generation for a period of 15 years, in line with the provisions of the Act.
The total planned volume of sale of electric energy as part of the Auction via the above-mentioned project for a period of 15 years amounts to 1,045,305 MWh, which is approx. 60% of the volume of estimated project production in this period.
3. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Dębice/Kostomłoty sp. z o.o.
the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Dębice/ Kostomłoty sp. z o.o., performing the project of Kostomłoty wind farm with the target total capacity of 27 MW – won the Auction.
Thus, the project received the right to cover the negative balance in reference to the price offered during the Auction for electric energy scheduled for generation for a period of 15 years, in line with the provisions of the Act.
The total planned volume of sale of electric energy as part of the Auction via the above-mentioned project for a period of 15 years amounts to 1,093,986 MWh, which is approx. 90% of the volume of estimated project production in this period.
4. Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Piekło sp. z o.o. and Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 16 sp. z o.o.
the Issuer’s subsidiaries – Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa Piekło sp. z o.o. and Polenergia Farma Wiatrowa 16 sp. z o.o. performing the Piekło wind farm project with a total capacity of 3.2 MW did not win the Auction.
