3/2020 POL: DATES OF PUBLICATION OF PERIODICAL REPORTS IN 2020 AND INFORMATION ABOUT SUBMISSION OF CONSOLIDATED REPORTS

The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby publicly announces the dates of submission of periodical reports in 2020:

1.    The unit and consolidated annual report for 2019 will be published on 9 March 2020.

2.    The consolidated quarterly reports will be published on the following dates:
a.    for the first quarter of 2020 on 18 May 2020.
b. for the third quarter of 2020 on 18 November 2020.

Pursuant to § 79(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and terms for deeming information required under legal provisions of a country which is not a member state equivalent (“Regulation”), the quarterly report for the second quarter of 2020 will not be published.

The consolidated quarterly reports will contain quarterly abbreviated consolidated financial statements and financial information referred to in § 62(1) of the Regulation.

3.    The consolidated report for the first half-year of 2020 will be published on 12 August 2020.

The consolidated report for the first half-year of 2020 will contain a half-year abbreviated consolidated financial statements and half-year abbreviated financial statements of the Issuer in compliance with § 62(3) of the Regulation.
