The Management Board of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby reports about conclusion by the Issuer’s subsidiary, Polenergia Obrót S.A. (“Company”), of Annex No. 7 to agreement of 18 August 2015 with Bank Polska Kasa Opieki Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, on multi-purpose credit limit increasing the scope of granted limit from the hitherto amount of PLN 200 million up to PLN 300 million, as part of which an overdraft and a guarantee limit was offered.
In relation to the above, the Issuer provided a guarantee up to the amount of PLN 60 million.
Legal basis: Art. 17(1) of Regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC (Journal of Laws of the European Union L of 2014, No. 173, p. 1 as amended).
