PARTICIPATION OF THE SUBSIDIARY POLENERGIA S.A. IN THE MAIN AUCTION WITHIN THE CAPACITY MARKET FOR THE 2029 DELIVERY YEAR

 The Management Board of the company under the name of Polenergia S.A. (“Issuer”) hereby informs that on December 12, 2024, the Issuer’s subsidiary – Polenergia Elektrociepłownia Nowa Sarzyna sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Nowa Sarzyna (“ENS”) participated in the main auction of the capacity market for the 2029 delivery year. During the auction, ENS offered a capacity obligation for 2029 in the total amount of 114 MW. ENS did not submit an offer to exit the auction until the end of the auction. The closing price of the auction, which ended in the 7th round, is within the range of the maximum price of PLN 268,48/kW/year and the minimum price of PLN 223,77/kW/year.
