APPOINTMENT OF A MEMBER OF THE SUPERVISORY BOARD

hereby informs that on May 22, 2024, it received a statement from Mansa Investments sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (“Mansa”), a shareholder of the Issuer, on the appointment, on the basis of the personal authorization provided for in Art. 5.4.2. (a)(i) of the Issuer’s Articles of Association, Mr. Adam Purwin to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board as a member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board, with effect from May 22, 2024.

Mr. Adam Purwin submitted a declaration stating that: (i) apart from the Issuer, he conducts the following activities: (a) serves as a member of the Management Board of the VC Fund in Nunatak Capital sp. z o. o.; (b) he serves as a member of the Management Board of Statxplorer sp. z o. o.; (c) he acts as the liquidator of PV1 sp. z o.o. in liquidation; and (d) he runs a sole proprietorship (suspended); (ii) he does not conduct any activity competitive to the Company, subject to the position of liquidator in PV1 sp. z o.o. in liquidation; (iii) he is not a partner in a civil partnership or partnership competitive to the Company and he is not a member of the governing body of a capital company competitive to the Issuer or of any other legal person competitive to the Issuer, except for performing the function of liquidator in PV1 sp. z o.o. in liquidation; and (iv) he is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors.

Information about the education, qualifications, previously held positions and professional career of the appointed member of the Supervisory Board is presented in the annex to this current report.
